With over 18 years of experience in corporate, banking and commercial matters, Altaf Qureshi directly handles and has extensive experience in transactions involving corporate financing (local and foreign currency), project financing, capital markets including term finance, Islamic financing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, regulatory compliance, privatization and other corporate, finance and commercial transactions, in conjunction with due diligence.

He is also involved in rendering legal advice/opinions on commercial, banking, corporate and other legal issues and is actively involved in advising on, reviewing and drafting of complex documentation relating to finance and banking transactions. He has substantial experience in handling multifaceted project financing transactions for banks and other corporate entities.

Additionally, Altaf is a pioneer in the field of legaltech in Pakistan being one of the co-founders of Wukla (an online document generator) and PakSign (an electronic signature platform).
