Practicing for over two decades, Ijaz Ahmed is one of the leading lawyers in Pakistan, conducting litigation in Supreme court of Pakistan, and High courts of Pakistan, having dealt with over 500 cases out which over 200 cases have been decided and several cases have been reported in law journals. He has also been appointed amicus curiae for assisting the courts on important legal issues of the country.

Hashmatullah Aleem is a senior member of our litigation team, having been part of the firm since 2014. He has gained valuable experience in various aspects of the legal field. During his practice, he has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases before various courts of Pakistan.
His practice in the Firm focuses on assisting the Seniors in matters before the Superior Courts of Pakistan. He has also appeared before the District Courts, including the Custom Tribunals, Intellectual Properties Tribunal and Insurance tribunal, and has effectively advocated for his clients’ rights and interests. He is enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council, High Court Bar and the Karachi Bar Association.

Adil holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, graduating with Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1). He has experience in intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright disputes, opposition proceedings, and infringement cases, along with exposure to civil claims. Currently serving as a Junior Associate at Ijaz Ahmed & Associates (IAA), he focuses on corporate advisory, legal drafting, and opinion writing.
Aisha Allah Rakha, Litigation Associate at Ijaz Ahmed & Associates, LL.B., University of Karachi, having over two years of working experience as practicing advocate, specializing in banking and civil law. She provides legal support on finance recovery, regulatory compliance, court representation, underpinned by meticulous legal research and strategic problem-solving, contributing to efficient case management and client satisfaction.
Nisar holds an LL.B. degree from Hamdard School of Law and is a member of the firm’s litigation and corporate team. He has handled a range of corporate transactions and advisory assignments, and actively represents matters independently before the lower courts. Nisar also assists senior partners in various contentious and non-contentious matters before the High Courts.
Mutahira Fatima holds an LLB degree from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law and is enrolled as an Advocate of the Sub-Ordinate Courts in Sindh. She has previously interned with leading law firms, gaining experience in civil litigation and legal research. As a Junior Associate at Ijaz Ahmed & Associates, she assists the firm’s Partner and Senior Associates with corporate advisory, regulatory, and commercial matters.
